Hearts for the Homeless mission is dedicated to supporting the homeless and underserved communities. It has one of the largest collections of Hearts for the Homeless clothing donation bins in the country, with approximately 400 donation bins stationed across Western New York.

Located on Tonawanda St. Buffalo, New York, Hearts Thrift Store accepts a variety of donation items. Before visiting the Hearts for the Homeless drop-off location, please contact the center to confirm working hours and ensure they can accommodate your preferred donation type.
Hearts for the Homeless is proud to join the Western New York Coalition for Donated Goods. It is a collective effort to promote recycling and item donations. Funds generated from Coalition-sponsored events are shared among members to further shared goals of reducing waste and supporting those in need.
The organization is driven by the dedication of volunteers who work tirelessly to make a difference. It operates a mobile soup kitchen, offering warm meals to those in need and distributing winter clothing. The idea is different than what any other charity, such as the Savers or My Sisters House, has ever put forward.
In 2019, it launched the Hearts Harvest Food Pantry & Café, featuring a can and bottle recycling center. This multifaceted facility provides nourishment and serves as a ministry campus and a recycling hub.
In 2021, they marked the opening of Hearts Harvest Food Pantry & Café, featuring a convenient can and bottle recycling center. The pantry offers a Client Choice shopping experience, allowing individuals to select items that best suit their family’s needs.
It has also made it easier for our community members by relocating the Hearts Mobile Food Pantry to their ministry center’s location. Held every 4th Wednesday of the month atHearts Outreach Center, this pantry supplements their food distribution efforts.
